The NEXT Ultimate "Hands On" Wood Burning Pizza Class Is Set For Sat. Feb 4th

I promised new and exciting things to come and here is one of those new events I was talking about. Join Good Eats & Meets for the next of our "Hands On"  Cooking Class Series as we explore the most ancient yet contemporary form of cooking!  Cooking with fire is the oldest form of cookery and we are going to teach you "hand's on" how to make the best pizza period using a wood burning oven!  During our three hour class, you will learn the fine art of The Neapolitan Pizza.  Many of you might not know this, but I was a "Pizzaiolo", or pizza maker as my first kitchen job where I would make hundreds of pizza a night.  I have always loved a wood burning oven and want to share that love with you.  One of our members, Ali has his own wood burning oven that was built INDOORS and we will be using it for the class as it is a bit cool for an al fresco setting like we usually do.

During the class we will go over the making of the dough, choosing the best ingredients, making your pizza, properly cooking your pizza and of course...eating YOUR pizza.  We will provide water and soda and request that you bring your own beverage(wine or beer).  We will have all the items ready for the pizza's, but if you have a special ingredient that you would like to use, please bring it.  We will have a special surprise for all those attending.  

The classes are very intimate in nature and are HANDS ON.  We only have space for the first 12 people.  So, don't wait till the last minute as you will be out of luck.  We are keeping the cost of the class a very modest $28 per person, with the processing fee of $1.50, so the final cost is $29.50.  Most classes of this nature usually go for double that amount, so don't miss this opportunity.  Don't forget, we are also capping the class to 12 people and it will fill up fast.  See you soon and come hungry.
